carbonLORD.com offers a Three (3) Year Warranty from the date of purchase for any carbonLORD branded Crank, Handlebar, Stem, Seat Post and Skewer, (which will be referenced as Carbon Fiber Components), sold only by carbonLORD.com to the original owner. The Warranty is Nontransferable towards a 2nd owner and is subject to One (1) single claim per owner. The warranty covers defects in workmanship against the Carbon Fiber Construction. Damage from misuse, improper installation and neglect of these Carbon Fiber Components are subject to inspection for qualification of replacement at the manufacturers discretion. Crash Replacement Carbon Fiber Components are available upon inspection. Any Crash Replacement Warranty Carbon Fiber Component qualifies for renewal of the original Three (3) Year Warranty against defects in workmanship. The Warranty is subject to change without notice.

There is a 10% restocking fee for any returned order. Exchanges are subject to additional postage and handling unless there was an error processing your order, in which case carbonLORD.com will reimburse any return shipping fees incurred.
Refunds will be issued in the same method they were originally paid for. Payments issued by personal check or money order are subject to an additional $8 return fee for postage (US Postal Priority Mail 2-3 day service with tracking in the US.
